Anti Gun Activists Still At It

The anti-gun people, who want to disarm all American citizens, are at it still. They believe their lies more easily than the facts.
The FBI, ATF, state, and local police all know that if the law-abiding citizens are armed, the criminals will go to where they aren’t armed. The court case of District of Columbia vs Heller is definite proof of this. Three women in their home, asleep, were broken in on by criminals, the police did not show up. The women were brutally violated, and held captive by the lawbreakers for hours. The women were not allowed to have weapons to defend themselves since they lived in Washington DC.
Washington DC has a law that states it is illegal for private citizens to own and operate handguns even in the sanctity of their homes. Yet, DC has one of the worst crime rates in the country. Supposed gun control in that city only works with the law-abiding people. The criminals, of course that is why they are called CRIMINALS, do not pay attention to that law. Isn’t it amazing how the gun-control lobby ignores the facts; and yet, they spout made up statistics of their own to prove what they want to believe.
In history, it has been shown that the first thing that happens when tyrants take over a country, is to remove weapons from the hand of the people so that they cannot defend themselves. The USA was started by people who wanted to be able to defend themselves from bullies, tyrants, and others who have no care what they do to people.
Hitler, Idi Amin (I’m not sure of the spelling of his name), and others are examples of what happens to a powerless people. We need to make sure that it does not happen to us also.
