Airline Troubles

Welcome back!

I am very glad that I do NOT fly on the airlines right now.

There was a recent foul-up which ended with a mother and a 2 year-old child being evicted from their paid for flight. Of course this was their second try for that particular flight plan since the first one was canceled and the place returned from the runway to the airport gantry (don’t remember what those entry ways are called exactly).

I remember when I had flown in the 70’s. The airline personnel were friendly and HELPFUL. That appears to be a thing of the past. It is sad though, since the railroad isn’t what it used to be, going state to state appears to be getting harder and harder.

A long waiting line to check in, rude people working for the airline, never knowing if you would even be allowed to fly. It does make me wonder how anyone, maybe I should say WHY anyone wants to fly these days.
