If you’re on the internet, you know about spam. UG is all that I can say.

The first time I was able to get to a site for surveys (I enjoy filling those things out) I let myself in for a headache. I look up my e-mail and find supposed ‘opportunities’ for this that and the other. Buy and sell gold. I don’t have a lot of money, and no gold. Date singles, I am happily married. Get new job training. I like to watch CSI but don’t want to be one. The list goes on and on. I have finally gotten used to the use of the red X button on the top of the list. That doesn’t stop the junk mail from coming, just makes it easier to deal with.

Some of the things talked about…well. They try to make it seem as if I had asked them to contact me, as if !! I guess that the X button is my e-mail headache version of aspirin.
