Gas Prices and Credit Cards

I read an article on Window Shopper. It’s one of the links that I like to check out a lot. You can see its link next to my articles.

In one of the latest articles, new charges being added to the credit cards was discussed. I mean that the credit cards already charge a big amount of interest, they charge yearly charges just for having them, they charge late charges if you’re even a couple hours late paying. What are they - cafeterias in disguise.

I’ve worked at a cafeteria. Every individual thing, even butter, has a charge. It is very easy to spend a lot of money just to get a balanced meal. What gives with the credit cards wanting to do the same thing? Aren’t they getting enough money as it is? I’m afraid that I think it all stinks. They are sapping the public with each individual charge, and it is getting worse as the days go on.

Some of the credit cards are charging a fee to use the card. But what’s worse are the gas stations that are charging all the way up to 50 cents more a gallon for using credit cards to pay instead of cash. That is a crime, an actual crime. Unfortunately, the credit card companies are getting away with the fees and the gas stations are getting away with their fees. They are penalizing the customer for using the card instead of going inside where they can rip them off with goods in the store. The system stinks.
