Rolling Blackouts
Friday, July 10th, 2009The heat is on. The threat of rolling blackouts is also on if people do not find a way to cut back on their electric usage.
Since we live in a part of Texas where the heat goes over 100, cutting back on the AC is not reasonable for those with health problems. Turning off extra lights, going on line after 10 pm, not watching TV all the time, however are reasonable.
Here is hoping that we do not get blacked out.
