Another thing to think about if you use a swimming pool, or outdoor spa - wrinkles.

These days people have noticed that too much time outside can cause wrinkles. If you don’t want to spend a lot of time looking up wrinkle cream reviews, make sure to use a lot of sunscreen lotion to protect your skin.

My husband used to spend a lot of time in the sun, and now he has to have his skin checked for things that should not be there. Well, I do not let him just stand in the sun anymore, I remind him to get in the shade ( being hot outside is another reminder). We will see what happens in a couple of months.

I guess that people have a lot of ways that they like to relax.

Me, I like to read, books, my bible, magazine, a lot of types of books. Some people like to get in a hot tub (aka spa), and let the warm water relax them. The only thing is that if the spa is outside you would also need spa covers to keep any trash, or leaves from getting in. I know that pools have covers, so spas would need covers, too.

There are times that I would dearly enjoy having a spa to sit in, and other times when a swimming pool would be great. I just would not want to have to clean them up in order to use them.

There was one thing that I did not think about when I was thinking about having an RV.

Guess what it was - motorhome repairs. If you have something that moves, it will one day need to be repaired. Even a home that does not move needs repairs from time to time.

Right now we are thinking about our van and the one to come and repairs. Needing the have an RV repaired on top of it all would really make me grumpy. Well, since we don’t have an RV, we do not have that repair to think about.

Remember in a previous blog how I talked about insurance?

I forgot one ! What else is new.

I forgot to mention rv insurance. I wish that we had an RV. Then instead of having to pack and be shuffled around, we would just put stuff in the RV and then go where we did not have to be concerned about needing to pack.

Of course, I know that we are pack rats (that’s one of the things that makes packing harder). So, the RV would eventually need to be emptied out, but that would be on OUR schedule.

I have been in pain. I tried to use Amitriptyline, but I did not like the way that it clouded my mind, so I stopped it. Notified the doctor’s office, managed to straighten out my checkbook which I fouled up. Managed to pay our rent before the landlord had a conniption fit. I do not like being muddled.

Now, I am having trouble with clamps, I mean cramps. Bladder spasms is what the medical people call it. I cal it ARGH otherwise known as PAIN. When they happen, it feels as if someone is trying to rip out my guts, one piece at a time. Right now, I am sore inside, as if someone kicked my in the gut - HARD. Thankfully I have some naproxen sodium to add to my regular pain meds.

I have heard of renters insurance. I have heard of car insurance. I have heard, of course, about health insurance, life insurance, boat insurance, and now I hear about ipad insurance.

I guess if you can have something, it can be insured. It would be nice if our economy had actually had some insurance, too. Of course there are savings accounts, but when you have bills to pay, the savings has to wait. People get grumpy if you do not pay the bills that you owe. There is enough grumpiness out there right now, there is NO need to add more.

I realize that the economy has hit a lot of people. There are even Outer Banks foreclosures that are being advertised.

I have no idea when this economy will pick up, or even how long it will last. We have a different vehicle that we need to get legal and tagged. Right now, we do not have enough money to do that, and it is very frustrating. The vehicle that we are driving right now is starting to sound a little different. We were told that it might have a problem. I just wish and pray that it will last long enough for us to get the other one up and going. That’s life.

That is what we’ve been having lately. I heard that even over in Russia, there is heat. They have also been having forest fires.

I am more than ready for some cooler weather. I mean that guys do not want to wear mens ties, suits, and other stuff when it is so hot that the grass crackles. I do not like to hear the sound of potato chips when I walk across the grass.

The sooner that fall comes, the happier that I will be. I am not a summer person and all of this heat is getting to me.

There is some concern in my mind about the things that have been happening lately.

Having to pack, the cancer on my husband, people that we care about getting sick. It is not like I am going to punch cigars into people’s mouths and say congratulations on what has been happening.

I can see people getting excited about babies. This other stuff, though, does wear on you and on the rest of your family.
