Sounds rather blunt doesn’t it?
Well, that exactly tells how I feel about dieting. I know that there are foods that burn fat, but even then the dreaded word – EXERCISE – pops up repeatedly.
They never give you what you need if you are not able to exercise. I love a bunch of the foods that are mentioned to be fat burners. Except maybe seaweed. I have no idea if I would like that, since I have never tasted it. I love egg rolls, use soy sauce, but I know that is not the same as eating soy beans or seaweed. Like I said, there are a lot of items that do burn fat, I just have not listed all of them here.
PS – Does seaweed count as a strange thing?
