Remember in a previous blog how I talked about insurance?

I forgot one ! What else is new.

I forgot to mention rv insurance. I wish that we had an RV. Then instead of having to pack and be shuffled around, we would just put stuff in the RV and then go where we did not have to be concerned about needing to pack.

Of course, I know that we are pack rats (that’s one of the things that makes packing harder). So, the RV would eventually need to be emptied out, but that would be on OUR schedule.

Guess that you wonder who I am talking about.

Well, I am talking about my niece (when she was younger), and the operators of the 911 system here where we live. When she was younger, she had a fascination for the phone. Her mom got the bill for quite a few 911 calls that were not really that type of situation. They had an unlocked phone that anyone could pick up and use.

Now, my niece was only 7 at the time and didn’t quite understand that not being able to get to the candy jar was not a 911 affair. She learned finally. She is now in her 20’s and has a couple of kids to boot. I wonder if they will also like the phone?

The running is catching up with me.

It is hard to think. I need some discount diet pills…no some energy pills. Vitamins, a shot, SLEEP that’s it!

I need some sleep. My eyes are getting very heavy. My mind is getting very foggy. No, wait a minute that’s the weather. As for the line - my eyes are getting heavy - I think that I’ve heard that line before, when the hypnotist was trying to get the person hypnotized.

Ha, I am not hypnotizzzzzzzzzzz………………….

It’s time for a quick trim.

My hair has gotten too long for my comfort. What I usually do is pull it up and through an empty tape roll that used to hold some box tape. You know the stuff, it is clear and about 2″ across.

When I hold the hair through the empty roll, I then place the scissors across the roll and snip what hair shows above the cardboard roll. It seems to work rather neatly. I have never had someone look at me, scream, and then run away. I won’t win any beauty contest, but my head is cooler, and the hair does not get into everything anymore.

I wish that there was a cure for having politicians in office. It is usually called ‘an election’, but it doesn’t always work. There is an adult acne cure out there, however.

Since I’ve never had acne as an adult, lots of hiccups however, I am happy. About politicians, I am not happy at all. They promise such things to get elected and then when they get in office, it never shows up in quite the manner that was talked about.

So, get rid of acne - taken care of. Get rid of bothersome politicians……

If you are in the mood to lose weight, the summer weather should make it easy.

SWEAT IT OUT!

I wish that it was so easy. Or that you could put part of your (my) anatomy out in the rain and it would melt off. That would beat the latest fat burners. It is not so easy as that, unfortunately. It seems that it must be done the ‘old fashioned’ way. I have tried to cut back on what I eat. Most times I only eat one meal a day.

I look in the mirror and do not see much change. At least I do not increase right now. I am too busy sweating to do that.

Yes, did I mention the rain?

Well, a humid atmosphere is supposed to be good for the complexion. So….Texas must be full of people with good complexions, right? No need to look for the best acne treatment, no need for the cover-up makeup to cover zits.

Well, maybe. All of the heat means that not only is the weather humid, but it is also hot. Maybe I should say STEAMY and get done with it. Steamy means that people like me will sweat.

Did you know that in the past, people would say that men sweat, and women glow? I guess that they never saw me in action. I could make a horse get embarrassed since it doesn’t sweat as much.

After years of sleeping on a mattress that needed its own rest, we have a new mattress.

It is not as big as the other one, but it is not broken down on one side leading my husband to roll off of the bed in his sleep.

Hearing the thump and grunt as he falls had gotten to be a regular thing.

NO MORE NOW !

Yup, here I go writing about another on-line game.

I have a few favorites of course, but this is one of those that I keep going back to. It is called Yeti Bubbles. The sound effects are hilarious. The music, I usually turn off while I play away. Then I get hear the Yeti scratch his rump! (snicker) Okay, okay, I know that I am not 8 years old anymore, but I still have a wacky sense of humor.
