Still on diets

Thursday, March 24th, 2011

Welcome back!

There are more diets out there every day.

Now there is a question - does sensa work? I checked out what sensa was and found it to be a diet.

I just wish that there was a way to diet that did not include exercise. I enjoy eating fresh vegetables and fruits. I am not hooked on fats, and carbs.

I once read a book where there was a pill that aliens gave to humans that let the person lose weight to their perfect weight, within one week. Of course that would mean getting a new wardrobe full of clothes and who can afford that these days? :)

Now we/I talk diets

Saturday, February 19th, 2011

When I grew up, there was only one way to diet. Change you food intake.

These days, people can also go to lipozene reviews, exercise, injections, liposuction…the list goes on.

Of course, if you cannot exercise, it limits your choices. If you are diabetic, it also limits your choices. The diabetic diet is just balanced food. Your body, after the onset of diabetes, does not process food the same way that it used to do.

My main problem is that the word diet has the word die in it. Diet is also a four letter word. There are good four letter words - love, food, cars, etc.

Dietary Supplements

Friday, November 12th, 2010

While snacking as you watch your sports events, you should make sure that you do not get out of balance with the vitamins and nutrients in your diet.

Some amino acids help with one thing or another in the maintenance of you body. There are others like acetyl l carnitine that may help with Alzheimer’s, nerve pain from Diabetes or other diseases.

What ever you do, you diet changes your body according to what you take in. I am a Diabetic, so I have had to learn about that from trial and error. Too much starch or sugar, and my blood sugar goes up. Too little, and my blood sugar goes down. Either extreme can be dangerous.

My mother-in-law is in kidney failure from uncontrolled diabetes. She really has to tow the line when it comes to food now. So, no matter what it is that you do,think about what you want to happen later on in life.

After the Games

Friday, November 12th, 2010

Think about it, after the games are off the TV, what are you going to do with the gut from all of the snacking?

There are so many diets out there that I could give no suggestion. Of course there are available, the top 10 diet pills. I have no idea how each diet pill works, but I know that they are out there for people to choose from.

Diets will be used to lose all of the TV weight gain, but if people would eat healthy foods, the gut from TV games would not be as bad.

Six of one…

Thursday, September 16th, 2010

Six of any one thing can be good, or bad.

If it’s donuts, guaranteed it could very well be bad. (For me that is because I do enjoy donuts) If it is six dollars, I could always use some more money. Six more pounds on me is definitely bad. I need something to help me lose weight. Maybe some natural weight loss pills might help. As long as exercise is not mentioned. I have gotten to dearly love tomatoes, and salads, but even they can only go so far.

Dieting - YUK

Wednesday, September 15th, 2010

Sounds rather blunt doesn’t it?

Well, that exactly tells how I feel about dieting. I know that there are foods that burn fat, but even then the dreaded word - EXERCISE - pops up repeatedly.

They never give you what you need if you are not able to exercise. I love a bunch of the foods that are mentioned to be fat burners. Except maybe seaweed. I have no idea if I would like that, since I have never tasted it. I love egg rolls, use soy sauce, but I know that is not the same as eating soy beans or seaweed. Like I said, there are a lot of items that do burn fat, I just have not listed all of them here.

PS - Does seaweed count as a strange thing? :)

Tired out

Thursday, July 8th, 2010

The running is catching up with me.

It is hard to think. I need some discount diet pills…no some energy pills. Vitamins, a shot, SLEEP that’s it!

I need some sleep. My eyes are getting very heavy. My mind is getting very foggy. No, wait a minute that’s the weather. As for the line - my eyes are getting heavy - I think that I’ve heard that line before, when the hypnotist was trying to get the person hypnotized.

Ha, I am not hypnotizzzzzzzzzzz………………….

Diets, diets, and more diets

Wednesday, May 26th, 2010

It seems that everywhere that I look, these days, I find diets.

Diets are mentioned on TV, magazines, the internet, and a lot of other places. Even lipozene reviews, can be found.

Just today one of the diets has found itself in trouble with health problems being the main trouble. Any time that you go on a diet, you should use common sense and not go to extremes. I would love to find a pill that would help me to lose weight without any exercise because of the Arthritis that bugs me. I now have a new pain pill, it helps, but I am sleepy all the time.

So, remember go on a diet, but check it out first.

He’s lost weight

Tuesday, April 20th, 2010

I have good news.

My husband has managed to lose weight. Since he does have some heart trouble, and Diabetes, this is great news. He had gotten as high as 340lbs which is very bad. He is now down less than 300.

I just wish that I could lose some weight like that. My bones could use the rest. He didn’t take any diet pills, nuphedragen, ephedrine, or any of the others. I don’t know if I will need to take something. I am not able to exercise. That however, is another story, and another article.

Back to the regular

Monday, March 22nd, 2010

Back to the regular things of life.

Getting older, watching the world do its thing, Thinking about diets and phentermine. I like food too much.

Of course the name on this blog does give a hint to that doesn’t it? Why do diets have to be so hard/ Exercise is not possible for everyone. Some of the cheapest food on the market happens to be high in starches and calories.

Why is it that most of the things that taste great, also fatten great? I guess that I have a lot of questions. I enjoy tomatoes, cabbage, olives and other things. I also like cheese, bread, pasta, hamburgers, and other things like them.

You can’t quit eating totally like some can quit smoking totally.
