Welcome back!

We have had some rain, but we are still waiting for some really good, long lasting rain.

The grass here in Texas seems to turn green at just the hint of wetness. Of course that means that we do not have any floods, which is wonderful for the safety of those who do not have motorhome insurance, or flood insurance.

At the same time, it is not so good for ranchers and farmers that need to water their animals or their fields.

I am still praying for a good, slow, long lasting rain that would last about 2 weeks. Flash floods need not appear. Slow rain is the best right now.

The next thing to think about is insurance in case of wholesale flooding or torrential rain. Of course that leads to thinking about www.wholesaleinsurance.net.

I do not know how they are with their costs, or how they handle a claim. I know that this can be investigated over the internet and through the Better Business Bureau.

I am not very familiar with having to have house or apartment insurance for our home. We rarely have enough money to think about that type of thing.

If I’d known what was going to happen this year, I might have wanted mom to get some extra insurance for just in case.

Of course, the insurance would have been for my husband and I to help with all of the goings on that have been happening. I don’t know if term insurance would pay survivors of such happenings. At least it would have given us something to look forward to after all of the fuss.

Don’t get me wrong now…I am happy that mom is still going and happy herself. I was just thinking of all of the wear and tear on our nerves, health, and finances. Ug, I am still coughing and wheezing like an old accordion. I am so tired of coughing and hacking and scaring people with the way that I sound.

After what we have been going through with my husband’s mom, I realize that there are some important things that need to be looked after.

Good Medicare part D plans should have allowances for special conditions, or for special care that might be needed.

I never realized just how much could be involved with hospice care, or what some call final care for an elderly person. Even if you think that you are prepared, you will be surprised by what comes up in conversation with the health care people.

Summer is around the corner.

If you are thinking about going camping and you have an RV, you also need to think about getting rv insurance.

Not only do you need to think about insurance, but you should also think about the last time that you used your RV.

Did you clean it out? Did you leave some things in it and forget they were there. Now is the time to think about these things before the days comes and you find the old veggies that have now been turned into penicillin cultures just waiting to be found.

Health care these days is something that a lot of people are talking about. I realize that here in Texas where we live, Scott & White hospital has some plans that do help people. I have no idea about health insurance in nc.

Each state has its own regulations about how the plans will or will not cover you. I know that when my sister was still alive in Arkansas, those plans weren’t very good. It could be so much worse for us if we did not have the type of medical availability around that we need.

What will happen with the proposed new health care regulations - I have no idea.

Remember in a previous blog how I talked about insurance?

I forgot one ! What else is new.

I forgot to mention rv insurance. I wish that we had an RV. Then instead of having to pack and be shuffled around, we would just put stuff in the RV and then go where we did not have to be concerned about needing to pack.

Of course, I know that we are pack rats (that’s one of the things that makes packing harder). So, the RV would eventually need to be emptied out, but that would be on OUR schedule.

I have heard of renters insurance. I have heard of car insurance. I have heard, of course, about health insurance, life insurance, boat insurance, and now I hear about ipad insurance.

I guess if you can have something, it can be insured. It would be nice if our economy had actually had some insurance, too. Of course there are savings accounts, but when you have bills to pay, the savings has to wait. People get grumpy if you do not pay the bills that you owe. There is enough grumpiness out there right now, there is NO need to add more.

Well after the other day, my husband was sore and had trouble sitting in our vehicle.

The safety belt made him sit back and his back was sore. We got home and I had to change the bandage right away since the site was leaking. Not enough to worry, or enough to check out life insurance leads.

I checked it out last night and the site was really looking better. It has stopped leaking, and it is not as sore as it had been. He was able to sleep on his back last night. As I put 2 ‘nots’ at the end of my last blog, you know that I am praying the biopsies come back all good, and free from bad stuff.

Yes, that is the title of this article. I have no idea what to say.

Our friend who had been riding his motorcycle until he was hit, has told us that he is needing to get his medical bills taken care of. He did after all go to the ER and get a lot of Xrays to make sure that nothing was broken.

I guess the person who hit him will need something like insurancespecialists.com. I do not know if our friend was bruised, but we do know that he is hurting. His wife is thankful that he is alive.

Usually when a bike goes up against a car, the bike rider loses and most of the time, dies. I am glad that he is not one of those. I am glad that he is alive.
