Welcome back!

Yup, I’m full. Full of food that is.

Went to the nearby Subway shop and tried out their $5.oo foot long promo. Meatball Marinara is wonderful ! Of course always did like it. Ran into some friends that we hadn’t seen in a long while, so the visit turned out really great. There is nothing quite like a meal, conversation, and good company to make a person feel really mellow.

Where we shop is one of the general meeting places in our town. We never know who we will run into there, but almost always there is a friend or neighbor there. When I lived in the a big city (St. Louis, Mo.) I could shop all day long and not meet someone I know. Being anonymous is great in the big city, but I have found that in the smaller town, it can be quite nice to see familiar faces. At least you don’t feel alone. Your heart can be full with companionship while you fill your belly, too.
